Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• —2oz bourbon
• —sugar cube or .25oz simple syrup
• —3 dashes Angostura bitters

Method

1. 01.

   Place all ingredients in a mixing glass

2. 02.

   If using a sugar cube muddle it with the bitters first then add the rest of the ingredients

3. 03.

   Add ice and stir until chilled

4. 04.

   Strain into an old fashioned glass with fresh ice

5. 05.

   Garnish with an orange peel and/or a luxardo cherry
