Boston Sour
Ingredients
- —2oz whiskey
- —.75oz lemon juice
- —.75oz simple syrup
- —egg white
Method
- 01.
Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
- 02.
Shake without ice to froth egg white first
- 03.
Add ice and shake until chilled
- 04.
Strain into a glass of your choice
- 05.
Garnish with a lemon wedge
