Pisco Sour

Ingredients

• —2oz pisco
• —.75oz simple syrup
• —.5oz lemon juice
• —.5oz lime juice
• —egg white
• —Angostura bitters

Method

1. 01.

   Place all ingredients except bitters into a shaker and shake without ice to froth

2. 02.

   Add ice and shake until chilled

3. 03.

   Strain into a chilled old fashioned glass

4. 04.

   Garnish with a few drops of bitters
