Mai Tai

Ingredients

• —1oz light rum
• —1oz dark rum
• —1oz lime juice
• —.75oz triple sec
• —.5oz orgeat

Method

1. 01.

   Place all ingredients into a shaker

2. 02.

   Add ice and shake until chilled

3. 03.

   Dump shaker contents, including ice, into an old fashioned glass

4. 04.

   Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig
